How PerspioTalk handles dates, times and time zones.
Dates and times in PerspioTalk use the ISO 8601 format and are in UTC unless a field's description says otherwise.

- Responses can include up to seven digits of fractional seconds, as in the example above. Parse them with an ISO 8601 parser rather than a fixed pattern.
- Requests should send timestamps in UTC with the
Zsuffix. Fractional seconds are optional. - The trailing
Zmeans UTC. Convert to local time in your own code when you display it.
Time zones
Fields that hold a time zone, such as an asset's timeZone, use Windows time zone IDs:
"timeZone": "AUS Eastern Standard Time"Other examples are Cen. Australia Standard Time and Central Standard Time. If your platform uses IANA names such as Australia/Sydney, convert with its Windows-to-IANA mapping. .NET's TimeZoneInfo and most time zone libraries include one.
