Gets Asset Uptime Details for a Day

Paged per-asset uptime rows for a single UTC day from the nightly uptime snapshot, ordered worst first (unhealthy, silent, healthy, none; largest communication gap first). The date is required and only one day can be queried per request. Master-data fields (name, serial, hierarchy) are stamped as-of the snapshot run.

Optional keys, each an array of strings: locationHierarchyL1..L3, productHierarchyL1..L3, operationalHierarchyL1..L3, groupIds; plus boolean 'enabled'. Omit for no additional filtering (security-group scoping always applies). Example: {"locationHierarchyL1":["NSW"],"enabled":true}
