Typical Implementation

Most Perspio rollouts follow the same path. Data starts flowing as soon as the first connector is enabled, so you can see results while you set up the rest.

1. Sign in as an administrator. Your tenant is set up in the AU or US region, with at least one user who has the administrator role.
2. Connect devices and telematics. Enable the ingress connectors for your devices and manufacturers' platforms, with the credentials for each vendor. Devices appear in Perspio as their data arrives.
3. Connect business systems. Enable data connectors and webhook connectors to bring in asset registers, servicing and people from systems such as your rental or ERP platform.
4. Check devices are on the right assets. Perspio can create assets for new devices automatically, and data connectors match records to assets using identifiers such as the fleet number.
5. Organise your assets. Set up asset types, asset groups, security groups and geofences to match how you run the business.
6. Automate. Build workflows that watch for the conditions you care about and run action connectors, from an email or SMS to an update in another system.
7. Give people access. Invite users with the right access profile and security groups, and point field teams to the mobile app.
8. Integrate. Create an API application and use the APIs to connect Perspio to your own systems, reports and data platforms.
